Call for Special Sessions

Special Session proposals should clearly outline the research domain of the session, highlighting its significance, impact, and relevance to the conference and the wider community. As a minimum, Special Session proposals should include:

Special Session Title
Special Session Abstract
Special Session Description of the motivations, objectives, novelty, and relevance to IEEE CIBCB 2026
Special Session Organisers (Name, affiliation, email address, and website)
Primary Contact (Email address for correspondence)
Short Biographies (Brief bios of the organisers)
Special Session Webpage (Link to the Special Session homepage)

The conference places strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion. We therefore encourage proposals from diverse teams in terms of geography, gender, career stage, and research background.
