Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings only if the final version is accompanied by a full (non-student) registration for at least one of the authors. Each full registration covers one paper. Additional papers submitted by a registered author will incur an extra paper charge. Papers that are more than 8 pages in length will incur an extra length page charge. No papers greater than 10 pages in length will be accepted. All accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Receipts/Invoices
All registration fees are subject to plain receipts upon request. For invoice issuance, please note that a 24% VAT surcharge applies to all registration types and must be paid in addition to the selected registration fee. In case of not indicating a specific request for an invoice during the registration process, the workshop secretariat will automatically issue a plain receipt (default option) without any VAT surcharge.
IEEE member and IEEE student member registration requires a valid IEEE Member ID Number.

Methods of payment
CIBCB 2026 registration payments are supported by the Greek Computer Society (EPY/GCS), 20, Spyrou Trikoupi Str., Athens, Greece, P.C. 106 83, Tel. +302155051398, e-mail: epy@epy.gr. Payments can be made either by bank transfer or secure online credit card, as indicated. A bank transfer payment must be confirmed manually by the organization chairs in order for papers to be included in the proceedings and receipt/invoice to be issued. Secure online credit card payments will be automatically confirmed. by respective transaction processor.
Cancellation & refunds
Any cancellation of registration must be notified by e-mail to the General Chair and epy@epy.gr. The following cancellation policies will apply:
- Cancellation before June 30th, 2026 – full refund (excluding bank transfer/credit card transaction fees).
- Cancellation on or after June 30th, 2026 – no refund.

All data submitted during the CIBCB 2026 registration process will be processed solely for the purpose of managing your registration, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. As a result we do not collect or store any personal information. Moreover, we do not share any of your details with other companies/organizations/web-sites by any means.
