Required Steps for Camera-Ready Submission
All camera-ready papers must be submitted through the CMT submission system. Please log in to your CMT author account to access the camera-ready submission interface for your paper. Complete the following three steps in order:
1. Complete and Upload the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form
You must complete and submit the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) before uploading your camera-ready manuscript. The copyright form link will be provided via the CMT system. Please ensure that all authors are aware of and agree to the copyright terms.
2. Validate Your Paper with IEEE PDF eXpress®
Proofread your paper thoroughly and confirm that it is final and requires no further revision. Once the camera-ready deadline has passed, no changes can be accommodated. All submitted PDFs must be validated using the IEEE PDF eXpress® tool prior to upload. Visit the IEEE PDF eXpress® website.
First-time users:
- Create Account on the PDF eXpress® website.
- Enter the following information:
– Conference ID: 68067X
– Your email address
– A password of your choice - Complete the registration as prompted. A confirmation will be displayed on-screen and sent to your email address.
Returning users:
If you have previously used IEEE PDF eXpress® for another conference, use your credentials and the IEEE CIBCB 2026 Conference ID (68067X). Please verify that your contact information is current.
PDF eXpress® Support
For technical assistance with PDF eXpress®, please visit the IEEE Support Center. If your query is not addressed there, you may contact the PDF eXpress® team directly at PDFSupport@ieee.org.
3. Upload Your Camera-Ready PDF via the CMT System
Once your PDF has been successfully validated by IEEE PDF eXpress®, log in to the CMT system and upload the PDF-eXpress®-approved file to the camera-ready submission page of your paper. Please do not upload the original source files; only the final validated PDF will be accepted.
