Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings only if the final version is accompanied by a full (non-student) registration for at least one of the authors. Each full registration covers one paper. Additional papers submitted by a registered author will incur an extra paper charge. Papers that are more than 8 pages in length will incur an extra length page charge. No papers greater than 10 pages in length will be accepted. All accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
