The Organizing Committee is currently negotiating with several publishers to identify the most suitable journal so that selected regular papers, after substantial extension, may be considered for publication in a special issue. These invited papers will undergo the journal’s standard review process. The selection will take place after the end of the conference by the IEEE CIBCB Organizing Committee, and the authors will be informed if their papers are being considered for the special issue.
